Hey everyone,
I currently play a Martin HD-28 which I love. However, for as long as I can remember, I've wanted a Gibson Hummingbird. I just wanted to see if anyone had any feedback as to how the True Vintage is playing, and if my desire to get a Hummingbird is worth the agony it's causing me! The guitar just looks absolutely beautiful! It is a relatively big purchase, so if I make it, I want to make sure that I have analyzed it as much as possible.
Thanks everyone for reading and I look forward to the feedback!

Welcome to the Forum, Todd!
Man, an acoustic guitar is such a subjective thing, and even in the upscale brands, each guitar can have a slightly different voice. IMHO, you should find somewhere you can try some of them out, and see what they do for you.
Everything I've read on the new True Vintage line has been very favorable, but I haven't played any of those yet myself.
Play on,
