Hey, I just bought a 61' Gibson LG-0 off ebay and I'm looking to get some strings for it. Preferably something with low tension. I hear that older strings sound good with small bodied-mahogany guitars so maybe strings that don't sound as sharp as new strings (?). Any suggestions?
Also, does anyone know if the 61' LG0's came with white or black bridge pins? I called gibson and they said black but many sellers on ebay who sell these and claim it to be "All Original" have the white bridge pins.

Welcome to the Forum, and congratulations! That sounds like it will be a sweet guitar to play. I can't find any specific documentation on it, but as far as I can remember, those came with white bridge pins.
You might try a set of Elixir strings on that one, they should sound just fine.
Stay tuned,
