I have a Black bass shaped EXACTLY like an SG. Could it be a Gibson or Epiphone. Question

If it's a single pickup model, it's an EB-0, if it's 2 pickup, it's an EB-3. If it's Gibson or Epiphone, it will have the name inlaid on the heastock. If it doesn't, it's a knockoff.
