How old is my SG bass??

I cant post a picture right now but i can tell you this:

It looks friggin old
Its got one pickup (neck position)
two knobs- tone. volume
serial number is 600574

if this isnt enough info i understand and ill try to get a pic asap but i do know its gotta be old cause of the 6 digit serial number.... help?

ok ive just been informed its a '67 ebo bass. can anyone refute?

Going strictly from the serial number, and assuming that Gibson's normal formula was adhered to at this time, 1967 would be correct.

could also be early-mid seventies (Gibson reused numbers)

If you have a crown inlay on the headstock, its a sixties
otherwise early seventies
